The backbone of our production infrastructure is the vertically integrated model which gives us full control over the entire lifecycle of the manufacturing process. This infuses a significant amount of efficiency into the supply chain which delivers considerable value to all downstream stakeholders along the chain up to the final consumers. The set-up also provides traceability and improved transparency which is extremely critical in tracking back inputs and processing to substantiate Sustainability and increased ability to achieve value chains all across.

Spinning
Capacity
- Ring spinning capacity -of x 67000 Spindles
- Open end spinning -2160 Rotors
- Rieter J26 Air jet (800 heads ) Spinning - a new technology which was commercially launched in the year 2008 by Rieter, which reduces power usage by 20% for the counts like Ne 30.
Production
- 37 tons ring spun optimal quality yarn per day (count ranging from Ne 30's, 40's, 60's combed / compact)
- 15 tons of open-end Yarns-Count Ranging from 6s, 8s, 16s, 20s

Production:
- Weaving 4.5 million meters/month (1.5 Million Meters of Wider Width fabrics ranging from 320-360cm and 3 Million Meters of Narrow Width fabrics of 190cm)
- Fabrics for Hotel Linens, Napkins, Tablecloth, Retail ready Duvet covers, Upscale Fashion and luxury bedding manufactured using wider width looms.
- 85% of wider width fabrics is consumed by our own bedding division & Rest is for our domestic markets to big export houses
- Fashion fabrics of Shirting's, Bottoms, Women Fashion wear fabrics manufactured using Narrow Width looms.
- Greige Weaves like Plains/Cambric/Poplins, Textured Dobbies, Drill/Twill, Embossed Jacquard Designs.
